Judging Criteria and Winner Selection
The jury will evaluate projects according to the following criteria:
Functionality (40%): Does the protocol correctly implement file transfer and messaging? Does the system actually work without an Internet connection?
Security and Cryptography (30%): Robustness and efficiency of the end-to-end encryption mechanism. Relevance of authentication solutions.
Architecture and Design (20%): Quality of the code, clarity of the protocol documentation, compliance with the decentralized BitTorrent model.
Use of GitHub (10%): Compliance with the requirement to use GitHub (significant commit history, well-managed branches, use of README and issues).
